When Kim opened her first kitchen on Avenue of the States in 1987, she had one goal: bring the honest, unpretentious flavor of Chesapeake Bay seafood to Chester. What started as a weekend stall has grown into the city's most trusted seafood destination — and the recipe book is still entirely in her handwriting.
Today, Kim's Crab House serves the same steamed blue crabs that put us on the map, alongside a rotating selection of the day's catch from local fishermen. Our dining room is where families celebrate, where first dates feel special, and where every Tuesday night still feels like a tradition.
